As the length of this article shows, there is some serious learning to be done, for sure … but if you think, “Why bother now, when it all belongs to the future …”, that would be wrong. The future is already here. Artificial Intelligence (also known fondly as AI) is already at the basis of a lot of the digital transformation taking place in online marketing and business.
